Norton Rose’s Big Promotion Boost for 2025

Norton Rose Fulbright promoted 56 lawyers to partner, effective 1 January, an increase from 49 last year. Global managing partner Jeff Cody credits this growth to rising client demand and the new partners’ contributions to the firm’s strong financial performance. These promotions span litigation, corporate, and banking, with 22 partners in the U.S., 18 in Canada, and 11 in the UK. The firm took a dual approach to growth: internal promotions and lateral hires, adding 150 skilled partners globally over two years.
